No rush ... self life-experience first !

If its not your own life experience, don't preach/share it. Not just because its cheating but also because by doing so you would be digging your own grave into a belief system! This will take you away from truth.

I'm sorry if this has disturbed you... Love ♥

Inevitable

He left work, excited about the evening that he was to spend planning his weekend and hopefully watching a movie at the same time... The work was finally paying off after all these years of effort... Got a bunch of flowers to lighten up the home, picked a few fruits that could last for the weekend... Ah, and also avocado, cucumber and hemp seeds that would form his healthy raw breakfast the next morning... He was proud of himself for taking care of his health lately... Although a bit tired he was thankful that he reached the bus stop in time... Boarded the 18:17 bus and got a seat... 'I'm always lucky to get the seat I want', he thought to himself... Smiling to himself about the phone call he had received from a dear friend he felt his heavy eyelids and knew that it was best to rest on the way... With his eyes closed, a thought of forthcoming travel adventure crossed his mind... Half-asleep, he would never know what happened, whether the bus hit something or something hit his bus of thoughts, but suddenly everything stopped and all voices disappeared. He died!

Something about something !

... and that little bit of urge, right now, to do something about something, is the wall between you and the contentment you seek... but the same urge could be a door; Simply see through the urge and then gently slide it aside to get to the other side... which is this side itself, without the urge.

You and me are Breathing, without having to 'remember to breathe' ... isn't that Wikkhed ! ... 'Gratitude!'

.

I plan to feel hungry at 1215 hrs GMT, I plan to digest food by 1500 hrs GMT and I plan to use all enzimes in listed proportion to convert it into blood. Finally, I plan to supply this blood evenly to my entire body ! ...... (deep breath)

Its so blissful to realise that nature takes care of most essential things in life ... 'Gratitude!'

Love, Vishal S. Avchar

Elevating from Erroneous Extremes

The mundane minds, gather the momentum of the monotonous mediocrity.

The dramatic dreamers, dear to drown in a distinguished delusion.

... then there are those who remain alert yet unseemly, awake yet undistinguished.

The non-camera view

As I move into the crowd for my daily work, I feel the space holding the entire crowd. As the canvas of silence holds all the noise, all the sound. Something is underlying which forms the basic fabric of life and everything/everyone is just printed colors on the fabric. Makes me take a step back from the print into the fabric and view myself in the crowd, as a part of the crowd, defined but fancy, unique but superfluous, serious but funny... seriously funny.

Laziness: a path

Laziness is all it takes: being lazy enough to even put the thoughts at rest, allow the mind to come to a standstill ! ... and the joy then takes over, overflows through the being.

The drive for all the automation comes from laziness, but to achieve the automation people end up working more and stressing more than ever. Hence, the development towards automation and progress doesn't serve the purpose it is meant to !

Ambition is a poor excuse for not having enough sense to be lazy. The human race has moved away from itself because of ambition. As the ambition drops and one gains more peace of mind one becomes lazy; there is nowhere to go. A lazy person has a quality of innocence and is really harmless to anyone else, be it at physical or mental level; one in such a state does not even cause jealousy or comparison.

This laziness is all it takes: being lazy enough to even put the thoughts at rest, allow the mind to come to a standstill ! ... and the joy then takes over, overflows through the being.

No-Mind

.
A no-mind state is so blissful, so much one with the nature... Just being without any judgment, without any label of good or bad. Then whatsoever one does is so innocent. Whether it is singing with nature or being wild as a beast, it has the same quality.

Look into the eyes of a wild animal, there exists pure innocence. It begins with the mind slowing down, slowing down so much that life operates by itself, undisturbed, unjudged... just on its own accord.
